Lennox Lewis has given his assessment on Anthony Joshua’s performance against Francis Ngannou on Friday.
‘AJ’ made Ngannou look like the absolute novice he is, destroying him in the second round of their contest.
Can't stop watching this.

His performance was in stark contrast to Tyson Fury’s who took on the MMA star last October and he himself was dumped to the canvas before earning a controversial split-decision victory.
And Lennox Lewis believes the key difference between Joshua and ‘The Gypsy King’ was all down to preparation and he doesn’t believe Fury took the threat of Ngannou seriously.
Taking to X formerly Twitter he posted:
‘As I’ve always said, it’s all about the pedigree. AJ did what he was supposed to do and also exposed the difference pedigree and experience make…and before u start talking about Fury, he took Ngannou lightly and almost paid for it. AJ did not!’

Fury will be aiming to become undisputed heavyweight champion when he takes on Oleksandr Usyk on May 18th aiming to match a certain Lennox Lewis who achieved the feat in 1999.
