The former eight time All-Ireland winner and former RTE pundit Pat Spillane has a parody account on twitter and it’s top notch. After yesterday’s All-Ireland win for Kilmacud Crokes against the Glen, Spillane’s twitter account tweeted;

‘Just heard reports from the local pub in Stillorgan that Shane Walsh has left Kilmacud Crokes with immediate effect. Apparently he asked for a pint of Carlsberg when arriving back for the celebrations and was told “Sorry we only do cheeseboards and red wine here”.’

Obviously this account is light hearted and meant for pure banter, so whoever runs it keep it up, because it’s pure and utter gold. I wonder does the main man be viewing himself from time to time, we wish Pat all the best in his free time now that we won’t be seeing him on RTE anymore.
