The former Kerry footballer and now Armagh selector Kieran Donaghy has taken to his twitter to correct all the untruths that are floating around social media about him taking up the job as the head manager of the Roscommon footballers.

‘Absolute rubbish. I did not speak to one single person associated with Roscommon GAA. What has happened to fact checking a story these days. WhatsApp rumours are a scary thing.’

Said the five time All-Ireland winner Donaghy.

Donaghy did an excellent job this year with the Armagh footballers and himself and Kieran McGeany were unlucky to not beat Galway in that brilliant quarter-final that went to extra-time. Surely Armagh will fancy going one better next season..?
