What a day to be from county Mayo, after 75 years the curse is finally over and Mayo are finally the All-Ireland Champions. There was a sold out crowd at Croke Park stadium that saw the acion unfold and finally saw a Mayo saw get over the line.
After the game Kobe McDonald, who was our man of the match was speaking to the lads on The Sunday Game and Peter Canvan asked him about Australia and the 18 year old footballer gave the Tyrone man the right response.

Will Kobe still go to Australia after that .. I’m sure he will and good luck to him, not a bad way to go, collecting his winners medal and you can really see him being a top class AFL player.
