News coming out of Galway GAA this evening thanks to Maurice Brosman of the Irish Examiner is that former Kerry footballer and manager Éamonn Fitzmaurice could be set to be the next Galway manger.
What a call that is from the Tribesmen to appoint Éamonn Fitzmaurice, the school principal let the Kingdom to the All-Ireland in 2014, an All-Ireland that not many expected Kerry to win.
Will the Kerry man finally get this Galway team over the line?

That will be some mileage for the Kerry man, what a drive that will be, especially during those dark winter nights, I hope they’re making it worth it for the Kerryman.
2027 is already heating up, after what was an unbelievable year of football in 2026
