The 34 year old Munster and Irish winger from Moyross in Limerick spoke very openly about tough times in his life. When his daughter was born with a breathing difficulty, it sent his emotions through the roof and spoke to the Irish rugby doctor who helped him.
The winger was diagnosed with Bipolar two and says how he heard a negative voice in his head, the winger says that he is now got a hold of his problem and is coming through it. Great honesty from the Munster and Irish winger and will surely help others that might struggle with this.
