James Maddison, take a bow son. The Leicester City star has scored an absolute BELTER against Liverpool this evening.

Brendan Rodgers will no doubt see the Carabao Cup as the most likely avenue for Leicester to continue their recent habit of winning silverware, so it’s no surprise that he fielded a full-strength team against the Liverpool kids tonight.

After Jamie Vardy made mincemeat of the Reds’ youthful back-line with two goals in merely a few minutes, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain drew one back for Liverpool to put them within touching distance of their opponents.
