YouTuber Jake Paul was getting absolutely DESTROYED on Twitter for his posts about Manchester City vs Liverpool.
Jake Paul has shown interest in various sports in the past, having made his professional boxing debut and revealed his desire to follow suit in both the UFC and NFL.
However, the Ohio-born social media sensation has never previously expressed an interest in football – or soccer, as he’d call it – until this afternoon.
Paul left his fans scratching his heads after giving his tip for Man City vs Liverpool, backing the away side as a result of their good form and Mohamed Salah.
He gave his assessment of the first half as the players headed to the dressing room… and have you ever seen a more textbook ‘American talking about football’ tweet than this?
Needless to say, football fans on social media were not best impressed with Paul’s faux interest in the sport. He was getting absolutely rinsed on his timeline. Some of these are hilarious!
