There was an interesting chat last night during Liverpool and West Ham and at one stage Mark Champman asked Izzy Christiansen to explain herself more .. One twitter user has taken issue with this and the comments have blown up, see it below;

Female pundit on Sky launches into nonsense analysis and is asked by Mark Chapman, "What do you mean by that?"… pic.twitter.com/udb9q6xf0j

Female professional footballers past and present cannot analyse a game of football. It’s a joke.
Why is it every single football show has to have a female pundit? Harry redknapp looked like he was thinking what the fuck am I surrounded by. I’ve managed at the highest level and I have some blonde who’s played national league level at best commenting with me
She had a point to be fair. Alvarez, Paqueta and JWP are more creative. Soucek can’t pass a ball 5 yards and last night he was part of a midfield expected to do that, and he couldn’t.
Without going all “Joey Barton” but why can’t the men do the men’s footy and the splitarses do the WSL? It’s simple.
I cancelled my subscriptions for sky and TNT sports as i now find them unbearable due to the female so called experts and the woke agenda they force onto their viewers.
Does it really matter who is the pundit. As long as he or she talks sense it could be granny or old Uncle Cedric as far as I care. The bigger issues are a) people like Dion Dublin (and I am sure there are a few female examples) who talked the biggest load of drovel during recent internationals, b) Pundits going on and on about whether an offense was committed or not, c) spending 2 minutes plus watching a player lying down injured and being taken off, especially when the player returns after 30 seconds, during a 30 minute HIGHLIGHTS showing.
A little discussion about the qualities of teams or individuals is fine but other than that….
I only want to see football!
Rant over.
Don’t listen to any of the pundits I just switch to the channel 5 mins before game starts. Only ones worth listening to are Kean/Souness and Keown but you can’t listen to just them without some woman being involved to spoil things!
Mark Chapman often asks ex male players regardless of their level on match of the day to explain themselves when making a point and there is never an issue and this is probably the point being made about women commentators don’t mind myself but when something like this happens it goes against the argument for female commentators on mens football
If you’re going to insult women by calling us split-arses then every other point you make is invalidated. Grow up.
