“It’s a decision made by somebody who’s never played the game… I thought it was a rubbish decision.”

The former Manchester United manager wasn’t one bit happy with the sending off for Fabian Balbuena, does he have a point? Bit soft surely and that was effectively the game over for West Ham as Chelsea just played it out and kept their lead with their extra man.

That’s a hammer blow, excuse the pun to West Ham’s chance of getting into the top four, that was effectively a six pointer between them and Chelsea for fourth spot in table and the Champions League football that comes with it for next season.
