IRA victim offers to speak to the Irish ladies team in ‘a non judgemental way’

Austin Stack who’s father was a victim of the IRA has tweeted that he would love to talk to the women’s team about their actions after the game and the song they sung after their historic win. Austin Stack tweeted;

‘I have contacted @FAIreland & offered to talk to the ladies team in a non judgemental way to show them how such actions as last night’s can hurt & reignite trauma. I really hope they take me up on this. #FAI’

This really has blown up online today and the out cry of emotion and support from everyone online has been massive. It shouldn’t take away from the fact that the ladies are heading to the World Cup finals for the first time ever! And congrats to them.
