Limerick midfielder Darragh OāDonovan has been ruled out of Limerickās first two games against Clare and Tipperary.
The All-Star midfielder suffered a calf injury in training last month, two days before he was due to start against in the league.
āDarragh OāDonovanās injury is very slow in responding and heāll be ruled out for the first two games. He wonāt be available,ā said Treaty manager John Kiely at the launch of the āWin a Home in Adareā fundraiser.
āItās a calf injury. We just want to make sure he gets back fully so weāre working hard on it, so is he, but for the moment, he wonāt be available for the first two games.ā
The action gets going now in only a matter of weeks and we canāt wait for it. Can Limerick be the first team to do five in a row in hurling?
