The Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker has really been in awful form for a while now. Even before his father tragically passed away Alisson hasn’t been the goalkeeper that Liverpool signed for a while now. Is it because he lost his main man in front of him in Virgil van Dijk?
There’s no doubt about it, but this was a clear penalty and why wasn’t it given? See it below and make your own mind up. Was it too early in the game, is that why tonights referee didn’t give it? If Liverpool win this game it will move them up to sixth in the table and a badly need win haven’t not won in two games for the Champions of England.
Jamie Carragher believes it was a penalty anyways and that Liverpool got off one.
