“He’s a manager’s dream” – Rooney Gives Irish Teenager Huge Praise

The former English and Manchester United striker has given huge praise on on Irish teenager Jason Knight “He’s a manager’s dream,” says England’s top goal scorer.

“He gives everything. He’s great for the younger and older lads to take note of, but I still want more from him. But in terms of what we’re trying to build, he deserves the armband, whether he’s 19 or 30.”

Derby pulled off their first win of the year defeating Bournemouth 1-0 at home a game hard fought for the win with a 32nd minute winner from Arsenal’s Krystian Bielik a Polish international. That was a huge win for Derby county and Wayne Rooney’s managerial start as head manager of the Championship club. They are two points above the drop zone lying 21st in the table. Irish fans will be delighted with what Rooney had to say about the Irish midfielder though and he will be watched closely as the Irish team could badly do with a decent midfielder.
