Henry De Bromhead gave a powerful interview after he dedicated the race to his late son

The Waterford native Henry De Bromhead is Leopardstown this week and one of the races is name after his son Jack that sadly passed away last September in a freak accident down in Kerry.

Absolutely, it’s great, it’s amazing. The support we have is incredible, friends, family, everyone working with us. Just everyone in the whole industry, everyone.

We’re extremely lucky and very lucky to have these two [his daughters], and their mum, and we’ve had a fantastic day and we obviously miss Jacksy, but when we saw the rainbow we knew he was with us.

Life can be very tough and we can only imagine what Henry and his family had to go through, we send our thoughts to him the whole time.
