Arsenal’s Henrikh Mkhitaryan will have to wear the no.77 shirt in the Europa League this season due to a UEFA rule.
The regulation means Mkhitaryan is not allowed to wear the same shirt number that Sanchez wore (No.7) before he transferred to Manchester United.
Record signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will not be eligible for the competition as Borussia Dortmund dropped down to the competition after failing to reach the Champions League last-16.
