Heavyweight boxer Anthony Joshua has invested £7.5 million in property in the past year

World heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua has spent £7.5 million on property over the last 12 months according to the Mirror.

Joshua is estimated to be worth a cool £100 million after landing himself huge purses in his bumper fights against Andy Ruiz Jr.

The 31-year-old has reportedly forked out out £7.5million on homes in 12 months including one London property worth £1 million.

The Watford-born world heavyweight champ became Britain’s first £100 million boxer and Joshua has shown he an be a heavy hitter in the property market also.

In total Joshua is said to have invested £10.2 million into his property portfolio with most his investment being made in the last financial year.

He spent £7.5 million on property between March 2019 and March 2020 which includes a £1 million house in North London and three homes in his native Watford worth a total £1.5 million.

Joshua will most likely add more investments to his healthy collection as he is set to pocket another £100 million in a heavyweight unification fight with Tyson Fury later this year.
