Hakim Ziyech added a glorious second for Chelsea against Middlesbrough in the FA Cup.
Chelsea headed to Middlesbrough knowing that the whole country would be rooting against them, but Thomas Tuchel’s men were quite clearly not phased by that.
Romelu Lukaku gave the visitors the lead on the 15-minute mark, finding himself in the right place at the right time to convert Mason Mount’s superb pass.
Middlesbrough responded impressively, with the Championship outfit arguably being the better team for the 15 minutes which followed, but when you have players of Hakim Ziyech’s quality in your team, it only takes a minute.
Chelsea hit Boro on the break and Mount rolled the ball into the path of the Blues’ Moroccan magician. What followed will not surprise you if you’ve ever had a watch of Ziyech’s showreel…
