Jack Grealish missed a golden opportunity to give Manchester City the lead over Chelsea at the Etihad this afternoon.
City headed into the fixture knowing that they’d have one hand on the Premier League title if they were able to get all three points, such is the extent of the cushion they already have at the top of the table.
Despite being on top for the entirety of the opening 45 minutes, Man City were not able to find a breakthrough, despite £100m signing Jack Grealish being gifted a GOLDEN opportunity to give his side the lead.
After an awful mistake from Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic, Grealish found himself one-on-one with stand-in Chelsea keeper Kepa Arrizabalaga – but couldn’t convert.
Grealish’s finish didn’t have even a shred of conviction, with his tame effort hitting Kepa on the thigh and going out for a corner. A £100m player simply HAS to be scoring that…
Grealish chance 😱😱🎥
