Man City star Jack Grealish appears to have backed the winning horse, with Instagram crush Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu the overwhelming favourite to win Love Island.
In what was by no means the first time that Grealish had been linked to a Love Island contestant, past or present, The Sun reported that City’s £100m man had been liking several of Ekin-Su’s Instagram posts before she headed into the villa.
Grealish is an avid Instagram user, with his activity on the social media app oftentimes being caught in 4K by the tabloids, much to the dismay of long-term girlfriend Sasha Attwood, no doubt.
In this case, Grealish had evidently identified Ekin-Su as his favourite female contestant on this year’s edition of the show – and the man clearly has good taste, with Ekin-Su and partner Davide Sanclimenti favourites to win with the bookies.

Sadly for Grealish, winning Love Island would be testament to the strong connection formed by Cülcüloğlu and Sanclimenti, so he might not have much of a chance with her when he eventually is able to exit the villa.
In what’ll prove to be another blow for the beautiful game, Ekin-Su being crowned the champ would also mean that Michael Owen’s daughter, Gemma, has missed out on being the winner alongside new beau Luca Bish.
Owen’s daughter has gone as far on the show as many assumed that she would, but it appears as though she could be set to fall at the final hurdle, are the bookies’ predictions to be proven accurate this year.
