We’ve seen some pretty shocking injuries over the years, from Arsenal striker Eduardo having his leg snapped against Birmingham City, to Alf-Inge Haaland, father of Erling, being put in hospital by Roy Keane.
This one is a whole new level of grim, though, with The Sun sharing an image of Cardiff skipper Sean Morrison’s horrific blister that he 90 minutes with during a win over rivals Swansea City.
A large amount of Morrison’s flesh is exposed, as well as the bone, with this being one of the most disgusting blisters you’ll ever see in your life.
The mind boggles as to whole Morrison managed to play 90 minutes of football with that on his heel. I’ve barely managed to get through writing this article without passing out…
