Chelsea boss Graham Potter has said that Romelu Lukaku is somebody that the club like as they assess summer options.
Lukaku has fallen seriously out of favour with Blues fans after his interview back in December 2021 in which he confessed his love for Inter Milan, after which his form at Chelsea dipped as the fans failed to truly forgive him.
Not many of the Chelsea faithful are too keen to see him back at Stamford Bridge in the future, but manager Graham Potter has said some words on how the Belgian striker could have a future at the club.

“Well, he’s still a Chelsea player, and we’re monitoring him, of course,” Potter said in his press conference (via MetroUK).
“We understand where he’s at; he’s on loan; those decisions will be made in the summer. He’s a fantastic player, someone who we know and like.

“But again, we need to speak about that in the summer because he’s playing on loan for his club.”
An interesting selection of words from Potter on Lukaku and now we wait and see whether he will be given a second chance as a Blue.
