Graham Potter brings Chelsea players to military camp to help with ‘team bonding’💪

Graham Potter has brought his players to meet soldiers at a military camp so it can help them bond as a team.

Chelsea is currently in the middle of one of their worst seasons in recent memory with the club residing in mid-table. Potter took over the position from Thomas Tuchel months ago but hasn’t been able to stop the nose dive, if anything it seems to have gotten worse.

This is even more unusual considering that almost £500m was spent on transfers to improve the squad but they have only gotten worse.

According to The Sun, in a bid to try and get the players to bond as a team, Potter brought them to Bordon and Longmoor Military Camp, in Hampshire.

The English manager is known for his background in psychology, it will be interesting to see if anything changes.

This method of team bonding is typical in underage teams and also in workplaces but it is unusual to see a Premier League side do it. However, it is still a valid attempt and considering the number of new faces in the team, a practical idea.
