Sky Sports pundit and former Scottish International Graeme Souness has some solid advice for 20 year old Scottish midfielder Billy Gilmour, telling the star of the match in the English game to say put at Chelsea and related him to English midfielder Phil Foden and how he rose up the ranks at Manchester City, despite the heavy competition.

There has been some strong speculation that the Scot could go on loan to Steven Gerrard’s Rangers and Premier League trio Norwich City, Wolves and Leeds United. But Souness reckons the Scot is well good enough to compete for his place at the blue side of London this coming season.
