The GAA have decided to deny Mayo from LGBTQ+ from wearing the rainbow colours in their league jersey.
Mayo sought permission from Croke Park to make the change for their 2023 National Football League games. The move was designed to be part of a show of support for the LGBTQ+ community and was the result of an approach from Mindspace Mayo – the county’s charity partner.
Does that mean they'll be removing sponsors from the sacrosanct jerseys.

The Leagues aren’t too far away now and we can’t wait for the action to get going, the football counties are all very even at the moment which is only good for the game, can Mayo challenge for the Sam Maguire trophy again next season? It’s going to be a massive ask..
