Tommy Fury has revealed that he remains confident the Jake Paul fight will materialise – but the YouTuber is not having it.
Fury and Paul was originally supposed to go toe-to-toe on December 18th, but the former Love Island finalist pulled out merely a fortnight before the fight after suffering a broken rib.
Tyron Woodley stepped in as his replacement and was knocked out by an explosive right hand from Paul, his party piece, with Fury surely being thankful he wasn’t on the receiving end of it.
Still, he hasn’t been completely deterred, with Fury having once again reiterated that he does want the fight against the YouTuber to materialise at some point in time.
Paul doesn’t appear keen on it, though, and took a dig at his rival by claiming that he wants to test himself, something he wouldn’t be doing against Fury.
You still get the impression that these two are on a collision course…
