Tyson Fury has sent a clear message to Dillian Whyte on the final day that he can sign the proposed fight contract.
Whyte has apparently been desperate for a shot at a world title over the past few years, with matters out of his control preventing him to have the opportunity to fight for a belt.
With him being the mandatory challenger to Tyson Fury’s WBC heavyweight title, and step aside talks with Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk falling through, it looked as though this fight would materialise.
However, despite public goading from Fury on virtually a daily basis, we are yet to hear a peep from Whyte throughout this debacle, with no agreement signed and the deadline now having arrived.
Monday 21st February has been in the calendar for some time as the day that the offer expires, meaning that Whyte has until close of business TODAY to put pen to paper and sign the agreement.
Judging by the video that Fury shared on Twitter to mark the day of the offer’s expiration date, he wouldn’t be too fussed if Whyte were to pursue another avenue…
