Francis Ngannou lost to Tyson Fury on Saturday in ‘The Battle Of The Baddest’.
The MMA fighter won plaudits from the boxing community after very nearly defeating the WBC heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury.
And president of the World Boxing Council, Mauricio Sulaiman, revealed that the 37 year-old should be ranked based on that performance.

Speaking to Sky Sports after the fight, Sulaiman said: “What I personally witnessed last night is a solid boxer, who deserves to be ranked by the WBC and I will make such recommendations to the ratings committee.”
Well the famous ranking system of BOXREC has put the Cameroonian in a very lowly position with only half a star out of five.
Ngannou comes in at 591st in the world.
