Nate Diaz has reportedly been charged with battery after being accused of striking a Las Vegas nightclub bouncer.
According to TMZ Sports the alleged incident took place during the early hours of August 25 this year when the Stockton native is accused of striking the bouncer with ‘an open right hand’.

Court records reportedly show that an arrest warrant was subsequently issued for the 39-year-old, with a misdemeanor case now ongoing.
