A former teammate of Ronaldinho has revealed that the Brazilian used to only train once a week while at Paris Saint-Germain, such was his wild life away from the field.
“Ronaldinho didn’t train any day of the week and would just turn up on a Friday for the game on Saturday,” said Jerome Leroy, who played with the two-time FIFA World Player of the Year during his time in Paris.
“I think he was trying to follow in the steps of Romario, who would also go out every night, but he didn’t have the same success.”
