The England Football Association have suspended referee David McNamara for 21 days after he made two captains play rock, paper, scissors in lieu of a coin toss.
McNamara took charge of Manchester City Women vs Reading Women in October of this year and accidentally left his coin in the dressing room.
Instead of going back to retrieve the coin he made the captains play Rock, Paper, Scissors to determine the result of the toss.
He has been suspended for 21 days.
