Football agent SLAMS ‘uneducated’ Jamie Carragher after Everton claims😬

Well-known football agent, Kia Joorabchian has slammed Jamie Carragher after the Liverpool legend accused him of having an unhealthy relationship with Everton.

The Toffees have had a bad run of it lately as they are firmly planted in the relegation zone and show no signs of breaking free anytime soon. With Frank Lampard now sacked, attention has been drawn to the board and criticisms of the overall running of the club have ramped up.

One of the most outspoken critics has been Jamie Carragher, who labelled them as the ‘worst run club in the country’ during his appearance on Sky Sports, Monday Night football.

Everton has spent a fair amount of money over the past few years but despite this, it hasn’t benefitted the club in any meaningful way. This led Carragher to criticise the owners and Joorabchian who he claimed has an ‘unhealthy relationship’ with the club.

The football agent has since replied to this criticism on talkSport where he slammed the ‘uneducated’ Carragher and addressed the transfers.

“When Simon says something I quite respect it, because he’s an educated person, unlike someone like a Jamie Carragher who unfortunately lives in a glass house, speaks out of windows and has no education in terms of his background when he makes a comment, like Simon just did.” he said.

“That’s why I thought I’d go on and clarify this point. I’ve done three transfers of my players over the course of Farhad [Moshiri]’s tenure at Everton. Those three were Richarlison from Watford which was a very successful transfer, a free transfer of Bernard who came from Shakhtar Donetsk when his contract finished and he was a player who wasn’t a complete disaster and did very well, we had Carlo Ancelotti who was the only manager they’ve ever taken on a recommendation.”

News broke yesterday that Farhad Moshiri is putting the club up for sale and is seeking a price of over £500m.
