Following the fight Paul once again said heās targeting a showdown with Mexican superstar Canelo Alvarez.
Speaking to TMZ another boxing legend Floyd Mayweather gave his assessment on Jake Paulās boxing career, but warned him about facing Canelo.
He said: āIf you go back, youāve got to look on the internet and do your homework, I think (Jake) was doing a sitdown on a podcast one time and he was talking about, āI donāt want to do an exhibition against Floyd Mayweatherā, he said āIām only doing real fightsā and of course, I canāt get high up in weight.
āIād fight him in a real fight in the weight that Iām at but Jake Paul, I mean as of right now for what heās doing, itās good for what heās doing but once he fights a real actual fighter, itās gonna be bad.
āOne thing I do like about him, heās selling it and heās making good money and heās entertaining, I like it.
On a fight with Canelo, Mayweather gave a blunt prediction.
