A fight reportedly broke out at Vicarage Road after at least one Chelsea fan made some ghastly comments about the medical emergency.
Watford vs Chelsea was swiftly halted after the whistle blew after a fan suffered a suspected heart attack in the crowd.
The Chelsea medical team and paramedics at the stadium were quick to tend to the supporter and perform CPR. They are understood to have been stabilised at the time of writing.
While it was a harrowing experience for everyone involved and ought to have been a hugely anxious one for the entire stadium, there are understood to have been a minority who were not particularly sensitive.

@ThatChelseaPod took to Twitter to claim that there had been a fight in the away end at Vicarage Road after some fans were keen to get on with the game… at the expense of the supporter who had fallen ill.
If true, this is disgusting behaviour and nothing we ever want to see in a football stadium. The fans in question, should they be successfully identified, ought to be banned from ever attending a game again.
A video has emerged of one fan being forcibly removed from the stadium in wake of the scuffle. It is unclear at this point in time whether he was one of those who made the comments. We’re sure it’ll all come out eventually…
