Check out this brilliant video of C.D. Leganés doing a very interesting and quite funny training drill involving four cones, four bibs and four large exercise balls.
The objective is to collect all four bibs without being smashed by an exercise ball which come in thick and fast by the other players on the outside of the centre circle.
