After stating in an interview with The Times
“I wanted to stay, 100 per cent. I wanted to develop a project, to be competitive, to compete in the cups and to be as close as possible to the top of the league… If the people at the top of the club had the same ideas (as me), I would still be there.”
Noone can blame Rafa for joining the Chinese club it the later part of his career to make money. He gave all he could to Newcastle and when he received very little in return, he moved on.
Many fans would love to see him back in charge once Ashley is gone, do you think that will happen?
