Manchester City ARE considering a move for Paul Pogba, but will face competition from PSG, writes Fabrizio Romano in his exclusive column for CaughtOffside.

Pogba is out of contract with Man United at the end of June. For some time, his departure has appeared to be a foregone conclusion. It just hasn’t worked out for the Frenchman at Old Trafford.

There’s no denying how talented he is, he shows it on a consistent basis for France, but for whatever reason, he has been unsuccessful in harnessing his talent in a Man United shirt.

A change of scenery is on the wishlist for Pogba, but few would have expected arch-rivals Manchester City to be front of the queue to sign him, as has been suggested in the media.

In his exclusive transfer column for CaughtOffside, Fabrizio Romano confirms that Pogba is a name which has been discussed internally at the Etihad. There are, though, no ongoing talks.

With Romano also confirming that Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Pogba, Man City face strong competition for his signature. Let’s wait and see what the player’s preference is.
