Manchester United suffered a humiliating defeat against Grimsby in the Carabao Cup.

“I think the players spoke really loudly about what they want today,” Amorim told ITV Sport after the match. “Something has to change and you’re not going to change 22 players again.”
He added: “I would like to say very smart things and very important things. I have nothing to say. Nothing to say.
“That is the biggest problem also. To see the same mistakes and nothing to say in this moment. I’m really sorry for our fans. It’s too much sometimes.”
Manchester United fans feel that Amorim has already accepted that his time at Old Trafford is coming to an end.
