Manchester United are set to be without Andre Onana next month after the goalkeeper was named in Cameroon’s AFCON squad.
Since completing the high profile move from Inter Milan in the summer, Onana has failed to live up to the lofty expectations put on his shoulders.
The Cameroon star previously took the decision to step away from international football but is now set to travel to the Africa Cup of Nations next month.
This will force Erik ten Hag to turn to reserve goalkeeper, Altay Bayindir, who also joined during the summer after David de Gea’s departure.

The tournament starts on 13th January with the final on 11th February.
