Eddie Hearn was ringside for the Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk undisputed clash.
Fury lost a split-decision to the Ukrainian after very nearly being stopped by him in a torrid round nine.
But, Matchroom promoter, Eddie Hearn believes that the British fighter must go for the immediate rematch.
Speaking to Boxing Social he said: “As much as I want AJ to fight the winner or loser of that fight, the rematch is massive.”
“They’re both already signed up for it. I’m sure it has to be exercised by the loser, but Fury should be taking that rematch straight away. Can he beat him again? Who knows?”
It looks likely that it will be Usyk vs Fury II as Frank Warren revealed that ‘The Gypsy King’ has activated the rematch clause already.
