Dwight Yorke claims Erling Haaland wouldn’t get in Manchester United’s treble winning side

Manchester United famously claimed the treble in 1999 and the former United star believes the Norwegian wouldn’t get into the team.

Yorke and Cole formed a formidable partnership in the 98-99 season helping the Red Devils to claim the Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup trophies.

On Haaland, Yorke speaking to King Casino Bonus said:

Erling Haaland wouldn’t get into the team with the way we played, no chance, why would you want to disrupt the link-up play me and Andy Cole had?’

Haaland set a new Premier League record for goals scored in a single campaign netting 35 goals this season.

Has Yorke got a point? Let us know in the comments.
