Some awful news coming out of Spain this morning that Liverpool and Spanish player Diogo Jota has sadly passed away in a car accident.
So sad to see his last post, considering he only got married days ago.

This is a painful reminder that the world can be unbearably cruel. Many try to escape the endless news of war and death – to find refuge in something as universal and beloved as football. But even there, tragedy finds a way in.
Jota’s passing, just two weeks after his wedding, is heartbreaking. And if this hurts —as it should— imagine the thousands of lives shattered daily in places like Gaza: entire families wiped out, dreams buried in rubble.
We must not lose our humanity. Take care of yourself, of those you love. Drive safely. Speak up for peace. And above all, say NO to war.
