Clonoulty Rossmore are planning a lovely tribute to their former hurler Dillon Quirke that sadly passed away at 24 years of age while playing for his club in a Championship match last year. It was a passing that didn’t just shock the GAA community, but one that shocked the whole of the country.

Dillon Quirke will be remember by all those to him and it was a passing that rocked the whole of Ireland that time, a young man with his whole future to be taken away that early and success a promising young hurler also.
Very sad and we can only imagine what his family and friends when true when that awful news broke for the young man from Tipperary. May he rest in peace.
