But he decided to choose an opponent he faced in 2015 as the hardest puncher he’s faced.
Speaking to TalkSPORT he said:
“I would have to say the Frenchman.” (At the time he couldn’t remember his name)
But later in the interview it came back to him.
“That’s it, it’s Johann Duhaupas.
“That’s the hardest punch I’ve faced in my career thus far.”
Wilder’s fight with Johann Duhaupas lasted until the 11th round where the ‘Bronzebomber’ got the stoppage.
