Darren Ambrose doesn’t think Manchester United can be ruled out of the Premier League title race yet despite being 11 points off of 1st.
United are on an incredible run at the moment – having won the League Cup last weekend, they are into the FA Cup quarter-finals and sit 3rd in the league, 11 points off leaders Arsenal and Ambrose doesn’t believe the Red Devis can be counted out in terms of a title charge.
“If you’re Manchester United, you have a game in hand on City and Arsenal. If they win against Liverpool it puts them on 52 points, three behind City, eight behind Arsenal.
“We spoke about it being a two-horse race, but United are there jumping that last fence, ready to pounce if the other two slip up, so I think United will be there.”
🔥 “For sure, Man United are the favourites against Liverpool on Sunday!”
👏 “However, #LFC can pick up a run of games where they just win and win.”
