At only 33 years of age the Welsh Out-half still has a lot to give in the game, Toulon are getting a seriously talented players in the Welsh out-half. The players that in the top 14 at the moment is incredible. It seems French rugby is where it’s at, at the moment and Biggar is another one to join the list of British players playing their trade in France.
