The official FA Cup Twitter account has savagely trolled Cristiano Ronaldo for his poor showing against Middlesbrough last Friday.
Ronaldo was unable to prevent Man United from being knocked out of the FA Cup on home turf last Friday.
If anything, the Portuguese forward, who is widely regarded as one of the greatest goal-scorers in history, was counterproductive towards the cause.
CR7, otherwise known as ‘Penaldo’, fluffed his lines from the penalty spot in the first-half, ultimately costing United the chance of winning the match in regulation time.

Beyond that, he was unable to have any sort of notable impact on the contest, with Man United eventually being knocked out in the dreaded penalty shootout.
Ronaldo has now been reminded of his poor display and United’s subsequent cup exit by the official Twitter channel of the competition itself.
Whoever is running the account HAS to be a Liverpool supporter, because this is a quite blatant dig at Ronaldo, isn’t it?
