Cork have just been hit with a massive blow come the weekend with news that their star forward Seamus Harnedy will be out for their semi-final against the Dubs in Croke Park.
The St. Ita’s man is a massive part of this Cork team and Cork will be hoping they can get through this one without him and have him back for the final.

It’s a massive game for Cork if they lose this one it will be never forgotten, Cork simply have to win the Liam McCarthy cup this year. It’s been 20 long years since Cork have won the All-Ireland and if they win this, they will burn the county Down.
Hurling is a religion in Cork and for it to be 20 years since the Liam McCarthy has been on Leeside is a travesty.
Half forward is a problem area for Cork because we’ve about 6 good ones at the moment. I’m a big fan of Seamus’s but there’s Declan Dalton, Duzzy, Ethan Twomey, Jack O’Connor, Robbie O’Flynn and so on.
We do realise how good Dublin are, but it’s hard for a team to do what they did twice.
