What a cracking game of hurling that was on Saturday evening between both Limerick and Cork at the Gaelic Grounds.

Cork managed to get the win in the end via penalties and their fans are already getting ahead of themselves with having booked the train out the day of the All-Ireland hurling final.

Are ya surprised? Every Cork Championship game has been a sellout. The demand is probably 3 to 4 times that of anyone else. Sickened now, cuz I hadn’t looked at the trains for the day 😂😂

You are greatly mistaken Gearoid, the hype is coming from within the county as it was last year from people who know nothing about hurling who were not at any of the matches last year have jumped on the bandwagon and all of a sudden have become hurling experts.

Only the 2 trains so far in fairness. Plus summer is a busy time for travel anyway. And both trains go through Limerick Junction and Portlaoise and 1 through Thurles as well. Free to cancel so makes sense to book with the limited capacity.
