The former two time UFC Champion from Dublin Conor McGregor showed interest last week in buying Chelsea Football Club by tweeting “I wish to explore this. @ChelseaFC,” but the Irish man has also showed in interest in investing in Celtic and Manchester United by tweeting
“I do not speak in jest. I am exploring this, as I said. Celtic from Dermot Desmond, Manchester United from the Glaziers, and now the recently up for sale Chelsea football club. All being explored. A football franchise purchase is in my future make no mistake about it.”
He followed that by saying: “Everyday I ball. How wouldn’t I lead a team of young, dedicated athletes to glory. I’m perfect for the job. Pray it’s your team.”
